    •    Flowers and decorations are subject to seasonal availability.

    •    If certain items are unavailable, we reserve the right to replace them with similar items of equal or higher value.

4. Delivery Policy / 送货政策

    •    Delivery fees vary based on location and delivery time.

    •    Please ensure the delivery address is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.

    •    All deliveries are considered complete once the product is handed over to the recipient or left at the designated place.

5. Event Setup & Decorations / 活动布置与装饰

    •    Customers are responsible for ensuring site readiness before our arrival.

    •    Any changes to confirmed designs must be communicated at least 3 days in advance.

    •    顾客需确保现场在我们到达前准备妥当。

    •    已确认的布置设计如需更改，请至少提前3天通知。

6. Intellectual Property / 知识产权

    •    All designs, photos, and content on our website and social media are the intellectual property of Bubble Bee Florist unless otherwise stated.

    •    所有设计、照片及内容，除非另有说明，均为本公司之知识产权。

7. Product Quality & Complaints / 产品品质与投诉

    •    All fresh flower and balloon products are carefully prepared and checked before delivery.

    •    Due to the fragile and perishable nature of our products, we do not accept any complaints or refund requests made more than one (1) hour after the product has been delivered or collected, as many external factors beyond our control may affect the quality.

    •    所有鲜花与气球产品在出货前均经过精心制作与检查。

    •    因产品为易损及易变质性质，我们恕不接受产品送达或取货后超过一（1）小时的任何投诉或退款请求，因在此之后可能受许多非我们所能控制的外在因素影响品质。

8. Changes to Terms / 条款修改

    •    We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
