1. Order Cancellation / 订单取消
• Fresh flowers orders canceled more than 48 hours before delivery are eligible for a full refund.
• Orders canceled within 72 hours before delivery/event setup may receive a partial refund (excluding preparation costs).
• Orders canceled less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.
• 花艺订单若于送货或布置时间72小时以上前取消,可获全额退款。
• 活动布置订单若于72小时内取消,则可获部分退款(扣除准备费用)。
• 若少于24小时内取消,恕不退款。
2. Non-Refundable Items / 不可退款项目
• Custom-made items, fresh flower arrangements, and used decorations are non-refundable.
• 已定制、鲜花类产品、或已使用之装饰品恕不接受退款。
3. Refund Processing / 退款流程
• Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
• 客户退款将于7–14个工作日内退还至原付款方式。
4. Damages or Dissatisfaction / 损坏或不满意处理
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 1 hour of delivery with photo proof.
• We will assess and may offer a replacement, store credit, or partial refund.
• 如收到损坏或错误商品,请于1小时内附上照片与我们联系。
• 经确认后,我们将视情况提供更换、商店积分或部分退款。
